Sangrado method Tempranillo and Viura. Temperature control during fermentation of between 14 and 15 °C to retain all the floral and fruit aromas.
Very bright pale salmon pink colour. A very aromatic fruity rosé wine, with notes of floral and fruity character. An exceptionally fresh Rosé Rioja wine with balance between acidity and smooth body. Serve chilled between 6 and 8 °C. We recommend using an ice bucket once opened.
