He joined the Murillo Viteri family in 1998 and since then he has been developing his professional work in the bottling area and also in logistics.

Efficient and hard-working, he is a very kind person with all the visitors to the winery. In his biography there is a funny anecdote that his colleagues tease him about: for more than twenty years we have had some good clients and friends who have a distribution warehouse very close to the winery.

Javi was always especially solicitous to serve this family with his characteristic kindness. So much bringing them wine, he ended up marrying Ziortza, one of the daughters whom we know affectionately as “The blonde.”

His great hobby outside the winery is nautical sports. He hits surfing, sailing and paddle surfing together with his 5-year-old son Eneko, a true board artist!
