How much does shipping cost?

All our shipments are free of charge. The price indicated on the website is the final price, including shipping.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Orders placed through the Ups transport agency take between 48- and 72-hours working days to be delivered in European countries. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be shipped the following day.

When will I receive my wine?

It will depend on the working hours established in each country. In general, the delivery drivers start at 8 a.m. and finish around 7 p.m., from Monday to Friday. We offer a delivery notification service with Ups. You will receive an email with the exact day on which your order will be delivered. You will be able to postpone the day or time if you wish, knowing in advance when your delivery will be made. Changes to deliveries must be made through the tracking link in the Ups email.


What happens if my order is damaged or broken?

We use reinforced boxes specially designed for the transport of bottles. It protects the bottles against possible impacts, even between them, and allows us to have one of the lowest breakage rates in the sector (less than 0.05%).

Even so, if your order suffers a breakage during transport, we will notify you and arrange for a replacement to be sent immediately. If you are the one who detects the breakage after delivery, please contact us by phone (+34) 944 495 839 or send us an email to admin@riojamurilloviteri.com. We will solve it as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?

We like to do things well, the customer always comes first and we personally take care of every last detail both in the winemaking process and in service, shopping experience and transport. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, it is possible to return the products in the following cases:

  • Right of withdrawal. In compliance with the Retail Trade Law (Law 7/1996) regarding distance sales, Murillo Viteri establishes that the customer has the right to return the products purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt of the same, without requiring any justification. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer (shipping costs). The articles must be returned in perfect condition. Once the perfect condition has been checked, they will be credited.
  • Defective product. If the customer receives a product with any type of defect, he/she must indicate it by telephone (+34) 944 495 839 or by e-mail admin@riojamurilloviteri.com in order to proceed to its immediate replacement by an equal one. All the costs of collection and redelivery of the product shall be borne by Bodegas Murillo Viteri, and we will ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.

In order to proceed with the return, you must send us an email to admin@riojamurilloviteri.com indicating your contact details (name, surname, address and telephone number), order or invoice number and the reason for the return.
