How do I pay?

You can pay securely with a debit or credit card. We use an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) advanced security system which redirects you to the bank website, and ensures that all payments are fully secure. We also accept payments via Paypal.

Are ALL costs included in the price shown online?

Yes! The prince shown is the final price, with no hidden surprises.

Do I have to create an account or be registered to make a purchase?

No. You can make a purchase as a guest and do not need to register. Our purchasing process is very simple. If you would prefer not to fill out your delivery details each time you place an order, you can save time by selecting the “Create and account” option.

Can I send wine as a gift?

Yes! When you place your order, please state that the purchase is a gift in the “Order Notes” section. You must select the “Send to a different address” option and complete the address for delivery. We won’t send documentation containing price information with the order.
You can also use the “Order Notes” section to add a personal message if you want to include one.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free, the price you see in the online shop is the final price, and we do not charge an additional cost for delivery to your home.

How long does delivery take?

International deliveries take an estimated 3 to 4 working days. Orders received after 2 p.m. will be shipped the following day.

Who will deliver my order?

We work with UPS, an international courier firm with a reputation for speed and efficiency. All our logistics partners are trusted companies and have passed quality control checks to ensure minimum disruption.

Can I track my order online?

Yes you can, once your order is confirmed and the transport company has collected the wine from our winery, we will send you an e-mail containing an online tracking link for your order. This will enable you to track your order at any time. You will also receive an e-mail containing your specific delivery date.

What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?

The courier will try to deliver your order the next day. We always provide the transport company with your phone number so that they can contact you if there any issues with your delivery.

Can I send wine to any address?

You can send wine to your home address, place of work or any other address you choose at no extra cost.

What do I do if there is a breakage in my order?

Our boxes have a special anti-breakage system to fully protect them during shipping. Nevertheless, if there is evidence of leakage or breakage when your order arrives, do not take delivery of it. The transport company will return it to us and we will send you a flawless shipment at no extra cost.

What do I do if the order is wrong or there is a problem with it?

We carefully prepare each order, but if you detect any errors or issues, please write to us at admin@riojamurilloviteri.com or imurillo@bodegasmurilloviteri.com providing the relevant details and we will resolve them as soon as possible.
