If wine could become a person, it would be “Jandro”. Great “connaisseur”, teacher, friend and our most veteran winemaker advisor.
All his life he has been intimately and closely linked to his only passion: wine. For more than 60 years he has been studying, learning and contributing knowledge to the wine sector.

He is considered a master in each and every one of his processes: from grapes to production or aging. Since the early 1990s, we have counted on their invaluable friendship, support, and experience.

At his “eighty-many”, he continues to visit the winery daily. Once a week, usually on Mondays, we taste the wines in the cellar and see the evolution of the wines that are in the barrel or in the bottle.

Every week he surprises us with nuances of aromas or peculiarities that the young people of the winery had gone unnoticed. Only the most veteran, with their extensive experience, follow his explanations.
